About this formation
Actually i called it myself as 3-3-3-1 formation where it could be switch to 4-2-4 (diamond shape) ( see the shapes at defensive area and its attacking area) where the 2 midfield will act like defensive midfield or sometimes central midfield..
It also could be switched to other various popular formations such as 4-3-1-2, 4-5-1 etc.
There must have 2 outside midfield playing just at the central attacking positions to provide powerful flexi-four attacking systems.
While the 4 defensive area will act as a 4 defensive (diamond shape) defense with 3 centreback and 1 defensive midfield..
Conclusion about my formations is there should be 3 centre back, 3 defensive midfield, 2 outside midfield (attacking), 1 attacking midfield (centre) and 1 striker or could be called as centre forward..
The precise formations now should be call as 3-3-3-1 or 1-2-1-2-1-2-1 positions..where (1-2) at the middle acting as defensive/wall..
It could be the best formations ever to be adapt in real football..
I inspired it form the 1990 world cup final at Rome between Argentina and west Germany..( the 2 teams formations was hybrid by me....) , 3-5-1-1 and 5-3-2.
