About this formation
Formation: Each role compliments another; meaning one player will always have support with them. The CDM covers the defence and plays at the bottom of a narrow diamond; allowing them free roam behind the ball. The Full-backs are equally good in attacking and defending situations, meaning they can both provide width on the attack and provide wide-defensive support for the CB's,CDM and CM's.
The CM's are the cogs of this formation, having the freedom of going wide, defensive or narrow.Therefore, they require alot of stamina and equal measures of attack and defence; similar to the fullbacks. The Attacking midfielders also have alot of freedom, letting them stay narrow or drift wide, and as such should have a multitude of skills.
The ST's job is to press the backline and can be either a dzeko or Aguero, as long as their positioning is high enough to keep the back line.
PROS: Versatility,Support,Passing play.
CONS: Fitness & Balance needed fieldwide.
