About this formation
To start off i choose 4 defenders to shut the opponents forwards down by using speed, possession, and aggression. Then your 3 midfielders which will help in the back if they see struggle by using speed and good ball touch. Finally you have your 3 main forwards witch are good at sending, passing, shooting, and possession.
