About this formation
Attacking 442 formation, Sheffield United's best XI. Che Adams can come central (his natural position is attacking mid) and Rob Harris, who is good at going forward with a good crossing ability, can push up into a LWB/LM role, vacated by Adams. Jose Baxter possesses a very good passing and technical ability and Chris basham is excellent in that holding midfield role, which means Baxter can get forward into a more attacking position while basham stays back to guard the two centre halfs. Ryan Flynn will stay wide because of his dribbling ability and because he can beat the oppositions full back, with Freeman potentially overlapping, giving more options to get the ball into the box. This is all about moving players into attacking positions to provide goal scoring opportunities for the two strikers , sammon and Sharp, who often take their chances.
