About this formation
It's not really a 4-3-3, it's just a form of 4-3-3, it's a 4-4-2 diamond, but you haven't got that listed as an option, it's 4-1-2-1-2. Sturridge and Kane don't appear often enough together up front for England, Rooney always muscles in. Sterling is a brilliant number 10, as seen away against spurs last season for liverpool. Wilshire being the playmaker, Henderson and Carrick pressing outside of him, perhaps should of gone with Delph instead, but even Joe Allen has used that position before and has succeeded so Carrick should be up to it, and is still a good passer, and has the experience along Jack, and Jordan. I desperately wanted to feature Ashley young, because his crossing is fantastic and would of benefited the likes of Rooney. Also wanted to include Walcott in the side, but he thought better of it, as I wouldn't of swapped him for any of the startling line up and its dynamic. Feel like Coleman and Baines crossing and willingness to go forward would be a real, real threat. Smalling is growing in an England shirt (LOL) and Stones obviously is one for the future in most eyes, even Mourinho's (LOL).
