About this formation
It's more like 3-2-3-2 but you don't have that in the system. I believe that Juventus would be much stronger like this. Cuadrado and Alex sandro both with their dribbling and throw-ins respectivley would add to the striking force that dybala and morata can be. Dybala would play little more backwards than morata since he has the creativity to create an attack. Pogba has great attacking qualities, and serves well as first line of deffence. Khedira and marchisio are both clinical in their passes so dm positions for them would mean that the three at the back can relax because of the deffensive qualities of the both, and the five in front can rely on the precision shots that will come when attacking. The four in front of the goal are well proven so there is no need for explaining.
