About this formation
-Strong in the center
-Skillful attacking players going forward
-Everyone on the field has enough confidence on the ball and good skill
-Defensively strong formation, but skillful midfield/attack will open up space and opportunities
-Allows us to attack up the sides better and play balls in the attacking 3rd
-Wing Back position has not been working too well. This is a formation that is easier to keep shape and position
