    England players:

    • James
    • Ferdinand
    • Terry
    • A. Cole
    • Johnson
    • Barry
    • Lampard
    • J. Cole
    • Lennon
    • Gerrard
    • Rooney

    About this formation:

Rooney is obviously England's most dangerous weapon. He leads the line brilliantly for Manchester United and has banged the goals in this season. Gerrard also plays supporting striker superbly well for Liverpool, albeit having a bit of an off season. Joe Cole is a super left winger if he gets a run of games and can create something out of nothing. Lennon is unplayable when on form and Barry and Lampard are England's natural centre midfield pairing. The back four explains itself.
