About this formation:
This formation suits Chelsea best. For next season, Chelsea need to use Sturridge and McEachran more. Chelsea looks like having a good game when Mikel is on the pitch. Essien is not the player he used to be and Carlo should get him back on the pitch when he find his true form. Otherwise just bench him. Kalou is under rated and we can see how pivotal he is when comes on the pitch. Use him more next season same goes to Sturridge. He learns a valuable lesson while he was at Bolton and should sontinue his form by helping Chelsea next season. Chelsea don't need much reinforcement since they have a best player in each position and just need to find 1 or 2 back up players i.e. goalkeeper and right back.
