    About this formation:

    this is my own variation of the 4-4-2 formation. this is how it works:

    u may be surprised y muntari is at left back but its not really LB its what the English call Wing Back (WBL). pantsil too will play WBR, with Vorsah and john mensah if he is fit both playing CB.

    U might be wondering why this formation is so narrow, but seriously how many goals has Ghana scored from crosses and headers? very minimal. So what i tell the players to do with this formation would be to play through the middle, pass short and quickly and most importantly press the ball like the way barcelona and my beloved Arsenal do.

    Essien and annan would be very vital to this formation when the team is defending. they would have to do a lot of runnin to close down quickly but i have...
