About this formation
Joe Hart - Must catch the balls.
Micah Richards - Attack High , Defending High meaning that this player must control the wing play all by himself. He might be effective a lot.
Joleon Lescott - Attack when needed , Defending High always stay in position , attack only when there is need to.
Vincent Kompany - Attack when needed , Defending High always stay in position , attack only when there is need to.
Pablo Zabaleta - Attacking only for help , Defending High and must switch positions if any of the central defends goes up front.
Only one central defender must go up front for attack ,while the other must stay in defending, the wing backs also help in the attack.
Kolo Toure and Nigel de Jong mainly have the same role to attack and defend at the same time.If there must be a situation where defending is needed they move back and help the defenders.They can't attack both at the same time.If one of the two is attacking the other must defend.
Yaya Toure - Must Defend when needed but his main role is to attack, balls from the defence and midfield and deliver it to the forward
David Silva - His role is to attack attack and attack. Play a lot and help the attackers by the wings and also play crosses and help in to score.
Edin Dzeko and Carlos Tevez - Carlos Tevez must help the mid fielders and pick the balls from the midfield giving him option to go for goal from the distance or trying to fond Dzeko who have the capability to finish accurately.
