A flat back 4 that can convert to a back 3 when the full backs push up with Kimmich playing an anchor role and dropping in between the CBs when necessary.
2 cm with Stepanenko more of an all round battler ala Keane and the creativity and forward runs provided by Alli ala Scholes.
