About this formation
John Blake is fast, we need that speed on the right back position. Alessandro is decently fast and big (we just need to teach him about diving in). Nik is big and can get people out of the way and aiden can sweep with agility (I purposely put nik a little higher up). Alex plays hockey, so he is hip strong and has a defensive mindset, therefor he should play defensive midfielder. Victor Y. is good at passing and Victor G. is good at comunicating on and off the ball. And of course isba and jonothan are FAST, so we should play them at wings, we should just teach them how to cross and tell jonothon to pass quicker. And I put myself at striker because I feel im good at shooting but so is Osiel which me and him can switch.
