About this formation
Barnsley have been assured of automatic promotion and this is the line-up and formation that has been in use by Daniel Stendel all season. At times, when they have been on the back foot, it has converted into a 5-2-1-2 or even a 4-3-3 with Cavaré moving into the right wing position and Jackson filling the void at right-back left by Cavaré. Hedges being forced into moving to the left wing and Bähre moving into midfield.
