About this formation
First of all the 4 defenders asymmetry.
centre back DAVINSON and TOBY are in higher position than the right full back TANGANGA. And they put efforts to pass directly to fowards. then while two centre backs are in up position TANGANGA can cover the centre area. Next the WINKS whose positioned right in front of centre backs, he can cover with TANGANGA the centre area. The left fullback SESSEGNON needs strong physical strength and powerful speed, cause he has to cover all left side area in the pitch, and while he's covering he also has to try to pass to the centre middle fielders quickly. Now the middle fielders LO CELSO and TANGUY has the most important missions in the team. they have to move together on the pitch and on of them goes up to attack one another has to hold his position in the centre circle to cover another player, cause if LO CELSO leaves his position there's gonna be the place for opponent player, so TANGUY need to cover LO CELSO's position and his own position, so he needs intelligence and physical strength also he needs to read well the flow of the game and how opponent player plays..... others in later.....
