If this formation with the mentioned players had been used in last night's final against real madrid may be we might have been in a situation where we could atleast give them tough time finding chances for scoring.Our Defence was quite venerable because of the real madrid pace we could've played full back with our LB and RB confining and marking the quick players nullifying the counter chances its a well known fact that real madrid too much depend on quick counters. The front three along with the midfield could've kept the ball and safely create chances without being vulnerable at the back i.e no overlapping by LB or RB in first half. This was a Final match so playing tight game should be the first priority if you can't score don't let them score. If we were able to find net in first half we could've easily switch with more agressive play with the LB and RB joining the attack provided with the lead in our hand we could only experiment this when we had lead otherwise there was no point for the backs to go beyond center line knowing there are two pacers waiting for the counter.With the best attacking lineup of jao, lewa and ferran there would've been more scoring chances. As far as the changes are concerned Yamal changing with either of the wingers as Ferran is able to play on both the sides whichever would've worked looking at the situation and impact each forward has put on game changes could've been made. In midfield if required Pedri could change with Fermin or Sergi Roberto provided with the situation if we are leading then sergi because of his defensive impact and of we are trailing then Fermin because he is more quick. Pedri has returned from injury so the change is required anytime between 50th - 75th minute.No changes in Defence because that's where all the cooking is happening the 4 wall should co-exist leaving no gap for overlap or counters.
