About this formation
Heffernan picks himself, lots of talking with the defence.
Tight back four, same as last year, NO CROSSING THE HALF WAY LINE! Plenty of talking.
Stefano and Brooks holding, main role is protecting the defence. Stefano was a beast last year.
Delanty, Donnelly and McCarthy in front of the two lads. Causing Seabury plenty of problems. These lads can play, will create plenty of chances for Colin.
Colin hanging around the last shoulder. Will cause plenty of problems.
Delanty and McCarthy will have to help out in defence when we're under pressure. When on the ball, one comes short the other goes long, stretch the defence for Colin.
If anyone is tired, we've subs that can come on and roll off, keep everybody fresh.
