About this formation
4-2-3-1 Is an offensive formation but doesn't leave free spaces at the deffense side, it might be one of the best ones but to be honest it is very complete.
I would like a 4-5-1 (4-3-2-1) better but i would have choose the right players so i will use 4-2-3-1.
Jesus Corona makes me feel safe, he is sure of what he is doing and his head is on every play.
Hector Mier plays as a boss at the center but he demonstrated he had the same abilities on the right side, but he needs to adapt a little bit more to that possition.
Maza Rodriguez has a good height, and he knows what to do when the goal is in danger.
Hector Moreno has style, he is for sure one of the best defenders in the world, and he also has a good goal list on corner kicks.
Torres Nilo is brave, he fights every ball and he knows how to add as an offensive midfielder.
Javier Guemez, he played at Dorados de Culiacan in Sinaloa, Mexico and showed his abilities to reclaim balls in the entire season, he has good passes with a very good accuracy, and if he has the chance he can make a good long shot, he is playing with Xolos at the moment.
Luis Montes i started to like the game of this man in COPA ORO 2013, he moves the ball, passes it and maves to recieve it again, and he also has good shots and short and long distances.
Andres Guardado, i love the way he plays. Lately he has been running all over the line from the bottom to the top and back, but i'd rather prefer this man on the offensive he has a master left foot, he dribbles, he only needs to recover his faith.
Carlos Vela, he has all the qualities to be a perfect forward, on both self play and team play, he can score by his self or he can kill off the play with a goal, he has speed and dribbles.
Giovani Dos Santos, we all know him, he can't be on the bench unless he doesn't go trainning, right?
Javier Chicharito Hernandez, this man scores most of the balls inside the box either with the foot or with the head, he is a master of the header.He needs more power in both of his feet.
