    About this formation:

    The Brazilian team that defeated Italy 4-1 in the 1970 World Cup final has to be the greatest team ever, although Barcelona's current superstars are coming ever nearer than the likes of Pele, the best player of all time. Brazil totally beat Italy, who had their very defensive Catenaccio system.

    It's a great side, and for Pele it was compensation for his last two World Cups. He was a member of the 1958 winning side, and although Brazil retained it in 1962 he tore his thigh muscle in only the second game, and, he was injured again in 1966 as Brazil exited without getting past the group stage.
