Even though many of you might think that playing with three defenders won't be a great idea, I guess against smaller teams in la liga this might work out. If Ramos and Marcelo stay back we have three defenders to face the counter also there is Kroos who might fall back occasionally. Benzema must lead the line and get substituted if needed by Jese Rodriguez. Bale and Ronaldo might as well swap wings to favor their foot. While Di Maria should make the runs the same way he did last year and omitting him is gonna be tough. He must be given a more advanced attacking role behind the final third to be more effective and James has his perfect role, though shared, as CAM. In the sticks it solely depends on the form of GKs. For me personally Navas has an edge currently due to his form. I have chosen this formation as the wing backs then don't need to join the attack bcz there are many midfielders to do that job and on the counter we can attack in numbers. Hope you guys like it.
