Fernando Torres never defend always stay up front.

Malouda and Kalou play out on the wings and also if needled help deeper in the attack.

Drogba defends and attacks a lot, no need to help any wing play but controls the midfield if the mid fielders goes into defending.

Frank Lampard and Michael Essien controls the midfield and must play long balls a lot and hold possession strongly,These both must defend and attack when needed, causing them to be on a high work rate.

Ashley Cole must always play by the wing , defend and attack if in possession.

John Terry must always stay in defending, attacking only if there is any need, when John Terry is in attack ,one of the mid fielders must take his position.Same applies for David Luiz, but he must attack more frequently causing Ivanovic to take his place.

Ivanovic must have the same role of Ashley Cole but may sometimes switch to a central defending position if one of the Central defenders went up to attack.

The GK must catch the balls.
