This is the ideal formation for Real Madrid at the moment. With a slight discomfort in the knee for Ronaldo, I think the best thing is to let him rest this week and let our young starlet, James Rodriguez take his place. Using Kroos in the central midfielder position is in my oppinion what suits him the best, he is our new replacement for Xabi. With his great foot he'll be able to send great passes both long and short where they're needed.
