GK is unquestionable. In the defense the only possible doubts would be on the right side but Cédric is the most experienced one so i think it's the right choice.
As for the midfield, Sporting doesn't usually play with this formation. Mister Marco Silva uses the inverted triangle but as i believe André Martins doens't contribute much to the offensive play, why not use William as a mid term player as he has the capability of destroying opponent's moves and also to perform high precision passes to the front... Adrien being the only true creative Sporting has at a top form, no question there... Rossel, in my opinion is a defensive player only, so he is fit to perform the 6 position.
In the atack, even though Carrillo is showing cards now, Capel is the type of player that can win lots of fouls... Which would lead to free kicks, chances to score in the air... That is where Slimani comes in... On the right, Nani is the most experienced and skillfull player we have... Free kicks, crossing, shooting, he has it all.
