Well i like this formation, because i can use some really great players the best of all the squad, but i cant let out some players like thiago or alonso it's very hard when you have to choose between 3 very good players so i gues that the best player is bastian he is a complete player that's able to attack and defend, i don't like what pep is doing to Bayern they was a machine of goals there was almost like 3 or 2 goal per match and now it's very difficult for bayern to won, i think that bayern needs to be mor dynamic

Guardiola must realize that this is a totally different team that barcelona, he wants to use the same style that he used in barcelona but this team haves players that are so much faster maybe he could try to have a dynamic team but that also know to touch the ball maybe more like that bayern than won everything in 2012-2013 but with a little part of pep's style, bayern haves to be a team with a unique style, just like any other big team in the world
