This is really a 4-2-1-2-1. Width must come from the fullbacks; the CB's then must be supported by Matic when not in possession. Matic + Ramsey are tasked with ensuring the play goes forward and recycling possession. Fabregas must drive forward when in possession. Ozil and Cazorla play as floating creators. When either is in possession, the other should present himself as a passing options. So should Fabregas, but from a deeper position, to accomodate the attacking off-the-ball runs of Ramsey while not leaving too much space in front of Matic.
