i use this formation because it's chelsea main fromation. why i choose this players is because cahill and terry is a good defender same as thibaut courtois the goalkeeper, zouma and azpilicueta is for focus on defending so the midfielder not kidding by the side back, ramires and matic is good on defence and speed,hazard and his young brother have a good strength at speednes, attacking same like cesc fabregas but fabregas also good in defending. drogba as a striker because he is a tactical player who can trick enemy and also his shooting accuracy is good.
