Manchester City Football Formation
Lineup (4-1-2-3)
Bravo · Kompany · Stones · Alaba · Kimmich · Gundogan · Silva · De Bruyne · Sterling · Aguero · SanéFormation 3- Guardiola Manchester City. If Guardiola adds Joshua Kimmich (Ball Playing Right Back), David Alaba (Ball Playing Left Back) and Claudio Bravo (Sweeper Keeper) he can use this formation to dominate possession, it is similar to the formation he used at Bayern Munich. When in defence the players pull tight to close the space. When in attack the players spread out to make space. The 2 Full Backs have to be able to pass the ball so that Manchester City can control the game. De Bruyne and Silva's jobs are to run at the defence and playmake. Gundogan is a playmaker and a defensive midfielder similar to Sergio Busquets (The player Guardiola used for this role at Barcelona.) John Stones is the ball playing centre back of the side he can pass the ball out of defence to create opportunities, while Vincent Kompany is the Guard. Claudio Bravo is the Sweeper Keeper his job is to roam around his box and just outside to help build from the back, he is also an excellent shot stopper. Aguero is an incredible marksman he will score 20+ goals a season, he can also create. Sané and Sterling are also great attackers, they both can dribble, score and create goals. This Manchester City side would likely win the league. By Harry McKenzie aged 13
