The coach should just try out this formation for once and see the impact.i am not from Nigeria i live in America so i do not actually know your players.let the 3 defenders stay back,let none of them move front.as for the midfielders let the right and left fielders move front and back giving passes and crosses for the striker.the crosses must not be high always cause i have seen your players have difficulties in nodding the ball.instead of 4 defenders let it be 3.it can also give the goalie a chance of seeing the ball better when they are not crowded.i also need to see other players.is not every time you have to use these players,they also need rest.establish the rest of the players,train them.
