-Traore should play some left mid/wing along with a left back as he is good in the attacking game

-RVP has proved he should be a fulltime striker

-Aharvin should be a number 10 its his best option because he should not have to deal with tracking back

-more or less with walcott, he could get a chance playing uptop and stretching the D, but in a 4 man mid it is a waist having him track back when he could be pushing the centrebacks back, perhaps he could do this from a right mid psoition, but that will make it a lopsided formation

-Cahill should be signed, perfect man for the job, some one hast to be added to push squilacci out of the pecking order

- Ramsey and Walcott lose out in having a 4 man midfield but it benefits the rest
