JONJOE and JEREMY operate as full backs, tasked with tracking back to defend against wide threats while also being ready to push up the flanks. The defensive line aims to hold a high line to keep the team compact.

The midfield consists of a double pivot intended to control the center of the pitch. MARTON and BILAL work as the two central midfielders, responsible for winning the second ball and recycling possession. BILAL helps to shield the defense and break up play, while MARTON looks to carry the ball forward to connect the defensive and attacking lines. This pairing must be disciplined to avoid being bypassed when the team loses possession.

The attacking front line is extremely aggressive with four players pushing into the final third. MARTEN and FABIAN operate as wide wingers, with MARTEN looking to cut inside and FABIAN stretching the play to create width. PALKO and HARIS lead the line as two forwards in a partnership, looking to find space between the opposition center backs. They often play on the shoulder of the last defender to make runs in behind. This attacking unit creates constant pressure, forcing the opposition to defend deep.
