Starting Lineup

Zach plays as an attacking ten behind the two strikers to find pockets of space and link the midfield to the front line.

Up front, Real Madrid utilizes a two man partnership to pressure the opposition. Dan plays as the left striker and stays high to pin the last defender. Fill operates as the right striker to hunt for second balls and run in behind the defense. These two attackers press the opposition back line from the front to force long balls and disrupt their build up.

One tactical strength of this formation is the ability to win the ball high up the pitch through coordinated pressing. The team can also create numerical superiority in the attacking third when Zach makes late runs into the box. Another advantage is the speed of transition, which allows Real Madrid to hit the opponent with runners in behind the moment possession is regained.
