Φαμπιάνο, Ουζόχο guards the goal while the defensive unit works to maintain a high line. The back four consists of Μασούρας at right back and Χαμάς at left back, both tasked with supporting the attack when possible. In the center, Λανγκ and Κουλιμπαλί act as the right-sided center backs while Παναγιώτου sits as the left-sided center back to hold the line. This unit must be disciplined to cover the space left behind when the team pushes forward, often relying on quick recovery runs to prevent being caught on the counter.

The midfield operates with a central pairing of Κούσουλος and Μάριτς to provide a base for the more advanced players. Χάμπος and Εβάντρο act as the interior runners who connect the defensive line to the front four. These players must press aggressively to win the ball high up the pitch and then immediately look to play through the lines. They are responsible for recycling possession and ensuring the gap between the defense and the attack does not become too large when the team loses control.

In the final third, the attacking line is extremely heavy with four players constantly threatening the goal. Σεμέδο and Λοίζου operate as wide wingers who look to stretch the defence and create space in the middle. Up front, the team utilizes a heavy presence with Χρίστου, Κακουλλής, and Στεπίνσκι operating in central areas to pin the last defender. This front line uses combinations to play one-two passes and works to hit in behind on the transition to catch the opposition out of position.

One major tactical advantage for Omonoia is the ability to create wide overloads and numerical superiority in the attacking zones. The presence of four forwards allows the team to press in coordinated waves, making it very difficult for the opposition to play out from the back. This high intensity forces long balls that the central defenders can intercept. Furthermore, the aggressive positioning of the wingers creates many one on one situations as they aim to get to the byline and cut it back.
