When the team transitions, the wingers ALAN and JHEGSON look to deliver crosses into the box for the strikers to attack the near post or far post.

A major strength of this formation is the compactness when defending in a mid-block. The central pair of CARLOS and JOSÉ can quickly double up on opponents to win the ball back high up the pitch.
