Starting Lineup

In the middle of the pitch, Brescia employs a four-man midfield. ODUDU and IKPE act as a double pivot to shield the defense. IKPE works to intercept passes and disrupt play, while ODUDU tries to play short from the back to recycle possession. DUFF/JERRY and BANI operate on the flanks as wide midfielders. The left side is occupied by DUFF/JERRY, while BANI carries the ball forward on the right. This group aims to compress the midfield and prevent the opposition from playing through the lines.

The attack relies on a lone striker, AGHAN, who acts as a pressing centre-forward. AGHAN must press from the front to force a long ball from the opposition. When Brescia wins the ball, the plan is to hit in behind on the transition. ADE/SILVER and FAVOUR will overlap the winger to create wide overloads. To support this, AGHAN needs to hold up the ball to allow the midfielders to arrive late into the box. The goal is to find the feet of the striker or whip it in from the wings to create chances.

One major strength for Brescia is the ability to maintain compactness when defending. This makes it very hard for opponents to find space between the lines. Another advantage is the speed of transition when the team wins the ball high up the pitch. The team can also use the wing backs to create wide overloads, pulling the opposition defense apart.
