Starting Lineup

When the team plays out from the back, the defenders look to find the midfielders to progress through the thirds.

The midfield consists of a three man midfield with a carrier to move the team forward. Loaiza works to shield the defence and recycle possession, while Ferreira and Tino Costa operate in the half spaces to connect the lines. Ferreira looks to create from deep, whereas Tino Costa helps to press aggressively to win the ball high. This trio must work hard to cover the ground left behind when the front four push forward.

Hibernian use four attackers to stretch the defence across the pitch. Gudiño stays wide as a right winger to provide width, while Espino plays as the left winger to pull the opposition wide. In the center, Conechny and Cauteruccio play as a striking partnership. These two forwards press from the front to force a long ball from the opposition. They look to combine in tight spaces or knock it in behind the defensive line to catch opponents out.
