Al-Nassr (KSA) focuses on high pressing and rapid verticality through an aggressive 2-5-3 formation. This lineup aims to win the ball high up the pitch to catch the opposition out of position. By committing many players forward, Al-Nassr seeks to overwhelm the central areas and create constant goal-scoring opportunities through heavy pressure.

Prospergolden stands between the posts to manage the defensive line. The back line consists of a narrow two man unit featuring Chidera and Ejike as the central defenders. Chidera and Ejike must defend man to man and show the striker outside to prevent central penetration. Because of the high number of midfielders, these two defenders must be ready to cover large spaces and sweep behind when the opposition hits in behind on the transition.

The midfield is a dense block designed to control the center of the park. Son of Grace and Francis operate as a double pivot to shield the defense and win the second ball. In front of them, Vice acts as the central link to recycle possession. The attacking threat comes from Majesty and Say no more, who occupy the half spaces to create chances. This five man midfield provides the platform to press in a mid-block or squeeze the space when the opponent tries to build out from the back.

In the final third, the team utilizes three attackers to pin the last defender. Chinedu acts as the central striker, looking to find the feet of the striker or run into channels. On the flanks, Godwin and Ebuka act as wide wingers who stretch the defense. Godwin can cut inside to shoot, while Ebuka looks to get to the byline and deliver early crosses. This front line works to press from the front, forcing the opposition to play long and allowing the midfield to win the ball back quickly.

This formation offers significant tactical advantages, particularly through numerical superiority in midfield. The presence of five players in the middle makes it very difficult for opponents to pass through the lines. Additionally, the team can create wide overloads by having Majesty or Say no more move into positions that allow Godwin or Ebuka to isolate wide players in one on one situations.
