In goal, Kotarski acts as the last line of defense. The back four sits in a solid mid block, with Jonny and Baba occupying the wide positions. Jonny provides defensive solidity at right back while Baba looks to push up to support the play and stretch the defense. In the center, Koulierakis and Kedziora work as a pair to clear the lines and win the header during aerial duels. They aim to hold the line and ensure they do not get caught out by runs in behind.

The midfield is a crowded zone designed to squeeze the space. Meite and Camara act as a double pivot to shield the defense and win the second ball. Ahead of them, Konstantelias connects the lines and works to find space between the opponent's midfield and defense. Taison and Zivkovic operate in the half spaces to provide passing options and cover the wide areas when the full backs push forward. This five man unit works together to disrupt the opponent's rhythm and recycle possession effectively.

Up front, Chalov operates as a lone striker. He must hold up the ball to allow the midfielders to move into advanced positions. The attack is built through quick transitions where the midfielders look to find Chalov or exploit the space behind the opposition defensive line. When the team wins the ball back high up the pitch, Taison and Konstantelias look to play through the lines to isolate the striker against a single defender or provide a cutback from the byline.
