Al-Nassr (KSA) Football Formation
Starting Lineup
Prospergolden · Son of Grace · Francis · Prince · Ebuka · Ben · Vice · Majesty · Ejike · Chidera · ChineduAl-Nassr (KSA) focuses on a heavy offensive presence by playing a 2-5-3 formation. This lineup is built to play with high intensity to win the ball back high up the pitch. The team uses aggressive numbers in the attacking third to overwhelm the opposition and keep the ball in the opponent half.
Prospergolden stays between the posts to manage the defensive line. Chidera and Ejike act as the two central defenders in a very high line. Because there are only two players in the back, Chidera and Ejike must be ready to cover wide areas and step up to engage attackers early. They often have to sprint back to cover space if the high press is bypassed. The defensive unit functions by squeezing the space between the midfield and the goal to prevent long balls.
The midfield is a dense five man unit designed to dominate the center of the pitch. Son of Grace and Francis form a double pivot to shield the two defenders. Son of Grace provides stability while Francis looks to intercept play and transition the ball forward. Ben acts as the central link to recycle possession in the middle. On the flanks, Majesty and Vice operate in the half spaces to create overloads. Majesty pushes high to support the attack while Vice helps to press in a mid-block when needed.
The attacking line consists of three players to pin the last defender. Chinedu acts as the central striker to lead the press from the front. On the wings, Prince and Ebuka play as inverted wingers who cut inside to create goal scoring chances. Prince and Ebuka often pull wide to stretch the defence before moving into central areas. The team builds the attack by playing short from the back through the midfield before looking to split the defence with a through ball for Chinedu.
Al-Nassr (KSA) gains a massive advantage through numerical superiority in the midfield and the attacking third. The wide overloads created by Majesty and Vice make it difficult for opponents to track runners. This formation also allows for a coordinated high press to force a long ball from the opposition.
This 2-5-3 lineup is a high risk high reward system built for total dominance. It is best suited for matches where the team needs to break down a deep defensive block.
