Playing with a heavy focus on high pressing and verticality, Parma employs a 4-3-3 formation to unsettle opponents. This lineup seeks to win the ball back high up the pitch and quickly progress through the thirds to catch the opposition before they can settle. The goal for Parma is to use constant movement and high intensity to disrupt the rhythm of the game.

Z. Suzuki stays between the posts to act as the first line of defense. In front of him, the back four operates with a high line to squeeze the space between the units. E. Delprato acts as a reliable right back to hold the line, while E. Valeri pushes higher up the left flank. The central pairing of A. Circati and E. Cobbaut must remain alert to set the offside trap and cover any space left behind when the full backs push forward. These defenders need to be ready to defend zonally and pick up runners as the game moves.

The midfield functions as a three-man midfield with a carrier and a holding role. N. Estevez sits in front of the defense to shield the back four and protect the space in the hole. Alongside him, S. Sohm and A. Bernabe' work to connect the defensive and attacking lines. S. Sohm is tasked to carry the ball forward and drive the team into the final third, while A. Bernabe' provides balance by recycling possession and pressing aggressively to win the ball back. This unit works together to compress the midfield and deny the turn of opposition players.

In the final third, the attack relies on three attackers across the front. A-Y. Bonny leads the line as a pressing centre-forward, looking to harass the opposition centre-backs and find space in the channels. On the wings, D. Man and A. Benedyczak act as inverted wingers who cut inside to create goalscoring chances. D. Man looks to isolate a one-on-one wide or hit in behind on the transition, while A. Benedyczak works to pull wide and stretch the defence. They combine in tight spaces to play through the lines and deliver crosses into the box for Bonny.

One major advantage for Parma is the ability to press high in coordinated waves, which can force a long ball from the opposition. The team also benefits from the speed of transition once N. Estevez or the wide players regain possession. This allows them to exploit gaps in a retreating defense through quick passes.

This 4-3-3 formation is built for a team that wants to dictate the tempo through aggressive ball recovery. It is best suited for matches against opponents who struggle to play out from the back under pressure.
