Ahead of him, Benamrane and Khoudja act as central midfielders who drive forward with the ball to push the line higher. Belalam operates in the left half space to connect the lines, while Mouedène plays as an attacking ten behind the striker to find pockets of space. This heavy concentration of players allows the team to win the ball back high up the pitch through constant pressure.

In the final third, the team uses three attackers to stretch the opposition. Serraoui stays wide on the left as an inverted winger to cut inside and create chances, while Sediri operates on the right wing to provide width. Benchoucha leads the line as a pressing centre forward, constantly fighting to pin the last defender and make runs in behind. The forwards work in combinations to exploit the gaps left by a retreating defense, often looking for cutbacks or quick through balls to find the runners.

One major advantage of this formation is the sheer numerical superiority in the midfield, which makes it very hard for opponents to play through the center.
