NC Magra relies on a high press to win the ball high up the pitch in a 4-3-3. This formation is built to play vertical football that looks to catch the opposition out of position. By using this lineup, the team aims to stay compact and move the ball quickly through the thirds to create scoring chances.

Chérif sits between the posts to organize the defensive unit. The back line functions as a flat back four where Zaitri and Belkacemi provide width. Zaitri acts as an attacking full back to push forward while Belkacemi maintains the line. In the center, Lakehal and Bouhakak defend the area, with Lakehal often stepping into midfield to help build play from the back. The unit works to squeeze the space between the lines and keep the defensive block high.

The midfield works through a three-man midfield with a carrier and an attacking ten. Baaziz and Messabih operate in the central zones to control the tempo and recycle possession. Messabih helps to shield the defense while Baaziz looks to carry the ball forward into the half spaces. Djabout plays as the attacking ten behind the striker, acting as the link between the midfield and the front line. Djabout works to find the feet of the striker or play through the lines to break the opposition defense.

NC Magra uses three attackers across the front to stretch the defence. Demane acts as the lone striker, holding up the ball and waiting for support. Harrari and Semahi operate as wide wingers who hug the touchline to provide maximum width. These wingers look to cut inside to create goal threats or deliver early crosses into the box. The front three press from the front to force a long ball from the opposition, allowing the defenders to win the second ball.

One major advantage is the ability to press high in coordinated waves with the front three and Djabout. This creates a lot of pressure on the opposition goalkeeper and defenders. The team also finds success through the speed of transition when Semahi and Harrari can run at defenders in one on one situations. This formation allows the side to quickly switch play to the flanks to find an overlap.

The 4-3-3 formation allows NC Magra to dominate territory through aggressive pressing. This lineup is best suited for games against opponents who struggle to play out from the back.
