In front of the defense, Popović stays between the posts to command his area. The back line operates as a flat back four, with Bjeković and Filipović acting as full backs to provide width. Vujačić and Mašović form the central pair, with Vujačić playing as a right-sided centre back and Mašović on the left. They work to defend zonally, with the centre backs ready to step up and squeeze the space when the team pushes high.

The midfield functions as a three-man unit designed to link the defense to the attack. Milosavljević works as a left-sided midfielder to help recycle possession and cover ground, while Gomes operates on the right to drive forward with the ball. Aleksić U21 plays in the advanced role behind the striker, acting as an attacking ten who finds space between the lines to create chances. This trio works to compress the midfield and ensure the team maintains a compact shape when they lose the ball.

The attacking line relies on speed and movement to break the opposition. Xadas plays on the right wing and prefers to cut inside to cause trouble, while Adžić occupies the left wing to stretch the defense wide. Badamosi leads the line as a lone striker, tasked to hold up the ball and pin the last defender. The forwards press from the front to force a long ball, allowing the midfield and defense to step up and regain control.

Partizan possesses several tactical advantages with this lineup. The presence of Aleksić U21 allows for numerical superiority in the final third, creating overloads against single pivots.
