Partizan focuses on a high press and quick transitions using a 4-3-3 formation. This lineup is built to win the ball back high up the pitch and use verticality to catch the opposition out of position. The team looks to spread wide during build up to stretch the defence and create gaps in the middle.

In goal, Popović acts as the first line of defense. The back line operates as a flat back four that can step up to catch opponents offside. Bjeković plays as the right back to provide width, while Filipović occupies the left back position. In the center, Vujačić and Mašović must hold the line and cover the space behind the full backs. They work together to defend zonally and ensure the defensive unit stays compact when the team drops into a mid-block.

The midfield features a three-man midfield with a carrier and a creative spark. Aleksić and Gomes operate in the central roles to control the tempo and connect the defensive and attacking lines. Aleksić works to win the second ball and press aggressively to win the ball high up the pitch. Spalek plays as an attacking ten behind the striker, looking to find pockets of space to play through the lines. This trio works to compress the midfield and deny the pivot of the opposing team.

The attacking unit uses three attackers across the front to pin the opposition back line. Badamosi acts as the lone striker, working to hold up the ball and find the feet of the teammates arriving late into the box. On the flanks, Adžić and Xadas act as inverted wingers who cut inside to create goal scoring chances. They often look to get to the byline to deliver a cross or pull wide to isolate a one on one wide against the full back.

Partizan gains a significant advantage through their ability to press high in coordinated waves, making it difficult for opponents to play out from the back. The formation also allows for wide overloads when Bjeković and Filipović overlap the winger. These movements force the opposition to shift constantly, often leaving space for Spalek to exploit in the half spaces.

This 4-3-3 formation provides Partizan with a direct and aggressive way to control games through pressing. It is best suited for facing teams that struggle to play under pressure or rely on a slow buildup.
