The attack features two forwards working in a partnership. Kerem Aktürkoglu plays as a pressing centre-forward to harass the opposition back line and win the ball high up the pitch. Semih Kilicsoy acts as the other forward, looking to find the feet of the striker and hold up the ball. This duo works in combinations to create runs in behind the defence. The team looks to hit in behind on the transition, using the wingers to deliver crosses or cut it back to the arriving midfielders.

One major advantage for Türkiye is the ability to press in a mid-block to win the second ball. By having two strikers and two central midfielders close together, they can squeeze the space in the middle of the pitch.
