Pjaca and Špikić operate as wide attackers, with Pjaca looking to cut inside and Špikić to spread the play wide. In the central area, Baturina and Kulenović function as a strike partnership. Baturina often drops into the hole to link play, while Kulenović acts as a physical presence to lead the line. This front line is designed to press from the front to force the opposition into mistakes and launch quick transitions.

Dinamo possesses several tactical advantages through this setup. The team can create wide overloads when Ogiwara and Pierre-Gabriele join the wingers to outnumber full backs.
