Tamma acts as the central anchor to win the header and clear the lines when necessary. Pasquale and F. Fasino hold a high line to squeeze the space and manage the distance between the defensive unit and the midfield. The defenders work to stay compact and cover any runners who try to exploit the gaps.

The midfield is a crowded engine room designed to control the game. Mario and Federico sit in a double pivot to shield the defense and recycle possession. Ahead of them, Federico and Giammo act as the central pair to connect the defensive and attacking lines. These two players must work to press in a mid-block and win the second ball. Dom Pauli and Anto Camp play in the half-spaces as the attacking midfielders, looking to find the feet of the striker or arrive late into the box. In the final third, TONY operates as a lone striker. He is tasked to hold up the ball and wait for the midfielders to join the attack. Dom Pauli and Anto Camp provide the creative spark, often cutting inside to create central overloads. The movement of the wide midfielders creates opportunities for through balls to hit in behind on the transition. TONY must also press from the front to force a long ball from the opposition. The attack relies on quick combinations in tight spaces to break the lines.
