One major advantage of this lineup is the ability to create numerical superiority in the central areas, making it very hard for opponents to play through the middle. The team can also press in high waves, using the intensity of Wright and the midfield to win the ball back high up the pitch. This allows Arsenal to transition from a compact defensive block to a dangerous attacking unit in seconds.
