F. Iacovich stays between the posts to command the area. The defensive unit functions as a flat back four where G. Benedetti and E. Meza provide width as full backs. In the center, S. Núñez and Z. Romero form the heart of the defense, tasked with defending zonally and winning headers. Romero and Núñez must stay compact to protect the central zone, while the full backs must track back to cover the wide channels when the team loses possession.

The midfield acts as a five man block designed to squeeze the space in the center of the pitch. A double pivot consisting of Gabi Neves and D. Ayala* provides the primary shield for the back four. Ayala* acts as the anchor to deny the pivot of the opposition, while Gabi Neves looks to recycle possession and connect the defensive line to the rest of the midfield. T. Palacios, J. Sosa, and E. Cetré operate in the half spaces to compress the midfield and press aggressively to win the ball high when possible.

In the attacking phase, the team relies on a lone striker, L. Alario*, to lead the line. Alario* works to hold up the ball and wait for the midfield to push up. The team builds play through the central midfielders who look to find the feet of the striker or play through the lines to the wide midfielders.
