Baturina often looks to carry the ball forward to link the defensive block with the front three.

In the attacking phase, Dinamo employs three attackers to stretch the opposition. Petković acts as the lone striker, using his physical presence to hold up the ball and find the feet of his teammates. Pjaca operates on the left as an inverted winger who looks to cut inside and create chances, while Mbuku stays wide on the right to pull defenders out of position.
