Sissoko operates on the left as an inverted winger who cuts inside to create chances, while Braaten plays on the right to provide width. This front four is designed to press from the front, forcing the opposition back into their own half. The goal is to use the width provided by Braaten and Sissoko to create openings for Gignac and Didot to run in behind.

One major advantage for Toulouse is the ability to create wide overloads when the full backs push up to support the wingers.
